Job Description

  • - Development of new anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, including artificial graphite, natural graphite, and silicon-based materials
  • -Performance improvement and optimization research on existing anode materials
  • -Enhancement of technical capabilities through experimental design, data analysis, and result validation
  • -Collaboration with pilot plants and production sites to support technology transfer and process stabilization
  • -Analysis of competitors’ technologies, identification of patent opportunities, and formulation of technology roadmaps
  • -Participation in joint R&D projects with external research institutions, universities, and partner companies

Qualifications

  • -Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Inorganic Materials, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred)
  • -Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, excluding time spent in Master's or Ph.D. programs
  • -Must have prior R&D experience in lithium-ion battery anode materials
  • -Candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas are preferred:
  • -Development of artificial graphite (based on raw materials such as petroleum coke, pitch)
  • -Development of natural graphite (including CIP, 3D structure control, internal densification, etc.)
  • -Development of silicon-based anodes (deposition techniques, nanostructures, expansion suppression, mass production, etc.)
  • -Prior work experience at relevant companies is preferred
  • -Experience in introducing new technologies and utilizing new equipment for high-performance anode materials is a plus
  • -Strong capability in experimental design and analysis, with data-driven decision-making skills
  • -Fluency in English is preferred
  • -Willingness to accept overseas assignments is preferred
