Our company is the world’s first platform to turn music copyrights into investable financial assets. We’ve launched a native mobile app powered by Security Token Offering (STO), allowing users to buy and trade fractional music rights just like stocks.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Lead who not only strategizes but also rolls up their sleeves to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and drive tangible results across brand, content, and user acquisition channels. This is a rare opportunity to define how an entirely new way of investing in music is introduced, understood, and embraced by U.S. audiences. You’ll help shape the cultural and financial narrative that transforms how everyday people engage with music ? not just as listeners, but as stakeholders.

Job Description

  • - Lead the development and execution of Our company US’s comprehensive marketing strategy, covering brand, content, performance, user acquisition, retention, and community engagement
  • - Craft and communicate a clear narrative that simplifies and builds trust around a new form of music investment for mainstream U.S. audiences
  • - Drive integrated go-to-market plans for product launches, brand activations, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and brand awareness
  • - Define and track key marketing KPIs, optimizing marketing activations continuously to maximize impact and ROI
  • - Own multi-channel user acquisition and retention efforts including paid media, SEO, organic content, email marketing, social, and influencer campaigns
  • - Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and business leadership to align marketing messaging with product-market fit and customer insights
  • - Lead PR, thought leadership, and influencer outreach to position Our company at the intersection of music, finance, and technology
  • - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, managing both in-house talent and external partners
  • - Be a proactive marketing leader who drives innovation, makes data-informed decisions, and fosters a collaborative, aligned team culture

Qualifications

  • - 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with responsibility for building and scaling marketing functions
  • - Demonstrated ability to bring entirely new products or categories to market and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
  • - Deep experience across both brand storytelling and growth/performance marketing ? with a clear track record of driving measurable results
  • - Strong content instincts and copywriting skills, able to translate complex concepts into relatable language for everyday users
  • - Highly analytical with hands-on experience using data and experimentation to drive marketing decisions across media channels and marketing tech tools (e.g., main media channels, analytic tools (GA, MMP, etc.), CRM tools, etc.)
  • - Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with product strategy
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • - Experience in fintech, STO/blockchain, or music/media industries
  • - Proven experience leading comprehensive marketing efforts, including brand building, content strategy, performance marketing, and growth initiatives
  • - Previous experience in startup environments with building and scaling marketing teams from zero to one
  • - Bilingual communication skills (Korean/English) a strong plus
