Job Summary

Our Client is looking for an experienced Medical Sales Director to lead the U.S. sales operations for its neurosurgery robot and a growing portfolio of advanced medical devices. This position plays a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic neurosurgery networks, and developing comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth for the Medical Solutions Division.

Job Description

  • - Develop and execute sales strategies for the Geniant Cranial neurosurgery robot, medical devices, and consumables in the U.S. market
  • - Lead market development and business expansion efforts, focusing on neurosurgery and related specialties
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital systems, and purchasing decision-makers
  • - Manage the full sales cycle, including customer needs analysis, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and suggest product portfolio expansions based on market trends
  • - Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support decision-making by the Head of the Medical Solutions Division
  • - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and understand U.S. hospital procurement processes
  • - Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • - 10?15 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 7 years focused on neurosurgical devices or surgical robotics
  • - Proven track record in sales of cranial navigation systems, neurosurgical robots, or neurosurgical implants
  • - Established U.S. network within the neurosurgery field, including physicians, hospitals, and KOLs
  • - Demonstrated success in U.S. market development and achieving sales targets
  • - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • - Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways and U.S. hospital purchasing systems
