About Our Client

Job Summary

We're looking for an SCM professional to join our SCM department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C business.

Job Description

  • Monitor and assess current inventory levels for each retail partner.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to out of years of stock (OOS), overstock, and low inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with SCM to flag stockout risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Analyze sales trends and correlate them with existing inventory data.
  • Recommend forecast adjustments in coordination with the planning team based on demand shifts or upcoming promotional events.
  • Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports to ensure shipments meet
  • customer requirements.
  • Identify non compliant shipments or trends, investigate root causes, and take
  • corrective actions in partnership with Logistics and SCM teams.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams (Logistics, SCM, Sales) and retail partners.
  • Proactively resolve replenishment issues, shipment discrepancies, and inventory
  • misalignments.
  • Attend and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Planning.
  • Discuss upcoming retail promotions, new product launches, inventory levels, and demand risks.
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives as requested by management.
  • Manage and maintain item master data and safety
  • stock parameters in ERP
  • (NetSuite) to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment across subsidiaries.
  • Track and analyze key SCM KPIs such as OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and
  • WOS (Weeks of Supply); prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and support automation or system enhancement projects
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and
  • inventory efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data analysis,
  • reporting, and cross team communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in SCM/Logistics management or related
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Min 4yrs in SCM experience is required
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strategic and analytical mind
  • Strong knowledge in SCM processes
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
