Job Summary
Deputy Factory Manager
Job Description
- 1. Oversee production delivery at the Thailand factory, encompassing manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality control, and logistics;
- 2. Liaise with clients to address customer-side issues or coordinate with headquarters on quality and delivery matters.
- We seek candidates who:
- 1. Are Thai nationals, proficient in both Thai and Mandarin;
- 2. Possess over three years' experience in automotive parts quality management and production delivery oversight;
- 3. Demonstrate decisiveness and initiative in problem-solving.
Qualifications
- **The Deputy Factory Manager role is effectively the head of the client company's operations in Thailand. The Chinese Factory Manager is currently on an expatriate assignment in Thailand and will be repatriated in due course.
- Reporting line:
- Factory Manager (Chinese national, to be stationed in Thailand for a period)Practical collaboration will be the primary working approach.
- Chinese Deputy General Manager (Chinese national, based in China, fluent in English)
- Keys:
- 1. Background in automotive components companies or Tier 1 automotive suppliers (no requirement to have worked on identical products to the client)
- 2. Capable of conversational Chinese
