Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of mid- to long-term growth strategies
• - Report to and be accountable for business performance to the Board of Directors and shareholders
• - Enhance corporate value and maximize shareholder returns through IR/PR activities
• - Drive global expansion and identify new business opportunities
• - Strengthen Digital Transformation initiatives and platform competitiveness
• - Lead organizational culture transformation and develop key talents
• - Oversee financial performance and improve profitability

Qualifications

• -Proven experience as a CEO or C-level executive in a publicly listed company
• - Strong track record in business planning and successful execution against targets
• - Demonstrated achievements in driving tangible business outcomes through growth strategy development and execution
• - Proven track record in enhancing corporate value and share price through IR activities
• - Senior executive experience within a major Korean conglomerate in the travel/leisure sector
• - CEO experience in digital platform and/or e-commerce industries
• - Experience managing a Private Equity-backed company
• - Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation and platform business, including M&A
• 2and strategic partnerships
