Job Description

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and stable manufacturing processes while achieving production targets.
• Lead and manage a production team of 20+ employees, including workforce planning, performance management, and team development.
• Implement production process standards, technical requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives established by the company's overseas headquarters.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, manufacturing processes, and on-site operations to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve production abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage production-related projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project objectives.
• Monitor production performance indicators, prepare operational reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, chemical manufacturing safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a closely related discipline from a full-time university program.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty gases, industrial gases, or chemical engineering/process design.
• Practical experience in chemical production operations, process engineering, production management, and industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Proven experience in production planning, project execution, cost control, and operational improvement.
• Experience managing production teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and hands-on operational management capabilities.
• Experience in specialty gases or industrial gas manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• No specific foreign language requirement. Korean language proficiency would be an advantag
