Job Summary

  • This client is actively seeking a seasoned HR Manager to provide operational and strategic support to the HR function.
  • This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
  • This key role involves actively participating in the day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s HR initiatives. This role reports directly to HR Team Leader/Director.

Job Description

  • 1. Provide HR support across the entire employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, data management, HRIS and reporting.
  • 2. Oversee the execution of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across departments.
  • 3. Provide operational support in compensation, payroll, employee development initiatives and performance management processes.
  • 4. Partner with HR team members on employee relations matters.
  • 5. Identify and address trends and any known areas in need of workplace improvement to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • 6. Provide active support company-wide events and employee initiatives.
  • 7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of human resources management experience.
  • Proven experience working closely with HR leaders and contributing to the operational success of the HR function.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment, compensation, benefits, human resources planning, and HRIS.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
  • 10-20% travel required (mostly domestic)
