Job Description

  • - Support current and future business need through the development,
  • engagement, and preservation of human capital.
  • - Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing,
  • hiring, and onboarding.
  • - Develop training materials and performance management programs to
  • ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • - Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market
  • research.
  • - Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • - Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and
  • training them to meet the needs of the company.
  • - Communicate with employees about compensation, payroll, benefits,
  • and other facets of their employment practices.
  • - Approve and schedule PTO and sick leave based on employees needs
  • and company requirements.
  • - Manage and implement a performance appraisal system (KPI) that
  • drives high performance.
  • - Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure legal compliance
  • throughout human resource management.
  • - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
  • overall business strategy and bridge management and employee
  • relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • - Manage the recruitment and selection process and support current and
  • future business needs through the development, engagement,
  • motivation, and preservation, of human capital.
  • - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and
  • procedures across the organization including Expat management.

Qualifications

  • - Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
  • at all levels of the company.
  • - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Supervisor.
  • - People-oriented and results-driven.
  • - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • - Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
