Job Summary

Manages and coordinates the activities and operations of the Information Technology Department including hardware, software, network, telephone, and computer systems administration; identifies, recommends, develops, implements, and supports cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization; prepares bid specifications and analyzes bid proposals for computer and network equipment and software; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies.

Job Description

• - Maintains network and servers in a24x7 environment.
• - Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• - Preserves assets by implementing & testing security controls and disaster recovery / backup solutions.
• - Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends
• - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Provides support to remote team members as required.
• - Provides support for ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• - Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Required Education/Knowledge:
• - A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, plus one to two years of related
• experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in networking.
• Preferred Education/Knowledge:
• - Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory
• - Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online
• - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ? 2019
• - HP Proliant Server configuration and maintenance.
• - HP MSA Storage System configuration and maintenance.
• - Cisco switches / router configuration and maintenance.
• - Fortinet firewall configuration and maintenance.
• - Dropbox Administration
• - One Drive / SharePoint Administration
• - SAP ERP
• Required Experience:
• - 5 years hands-on experience with computer networks and network administration.
• Preferred Experience:
• - Hands-on experience with Active Directory Management and configuration.
• - Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall management and configuration.
• - Hands-on experience with MS Office 365 / Exchange Online
• - Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
• Required Skills:
• - Active Directory management and configuration
• - Windows Server O/S management and configuration.
• - Microsoft Widows O/S management and configuration
• - Fortinet Firewall management and configuration.
• - Office 365 / Exchange online management and configuration
• - Knowledge of mobile devices, Apple O/S and Android O/S.
