Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced person, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Job Description

  • - Evaluate a US Crude, LNG, and an NGL/LPG supply/demand balance
  • - Assess US LNG projects
  • - Conduct market research based on various reports/data from government agencies and analyst firms
  • - Prepare an in-depth market report on a weekly/bi-monthly basis
  • - Follow up on major infrastructure project changes in the US Upstream/ Midstream industry to evaluate impacts on supply and demand
  • - Identify and predict future industry trends and formulate strategy to meet forecasted needs
  • - Monitor policy changes in the industry and evaluate impacts on business
  • - Build and maintain an industry network to build new business opportunities in the Energy sector
  • - Interact with internal and external clients, including upstream/ midstream/ downstream players and other critical business partners daily
  • - Represent (or support) the Company in business meetings with potential business partners and customers
  • - Utilize IT/AI tools to enhance analysis/forecast/reporting tasks

Qualifications

  • - Relevant degree : Business or Finance preferred (0~2 years of working experience in energy industry)
  • - Strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with individuals and groups from different disciplines and countries
  • - Fluency in English & Korean required
  • - Skillfully and diplomatically manage potentially contentious situations
  • - Team play is important
  • - Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
  • - Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • - Advanced knowledge of MS Office
