Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fashion Jewelry Inventory Manager to oversee the efficient management of our fashion jewelry inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion jewelry.

Job Description

• 1. Inventory Management:
• - Oversee the entire fashion jewelry inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items.
• - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• - Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• - Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• - Ensure that inventory storage areas are organized and accessible, facilitating efficient picking and stocking operations.
• 2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• - Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• - Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
• - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on inventory analysis.
• 3. Quality Control:
• - Inspect incoming inventory for quality and accuracy.
• - Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all inventory items meet company standards.
• - Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, following established protocols.
• 4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan promotions.
• - Work closely with the purchasing department to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
• - Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate inventory-related activities.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• - Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the fashion jewelry industry.
• - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• - Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
