Job Description

  • Leadership Training and Corporate Culture Cultivation:
  • - Develop and implement leadership training programs to cultivate a culture of strong leadership, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • - Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and leaders, fostering their growth and effectiveness in leading high-performing teams.
  • - Lead initiatives to strengthen corporate culture, values, and employee engagement, driving initiatives that promote inclusivity, diversity, and a sense of belonging.
  • - Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with corporate goals, values, and culture, driving organizational success and employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • - Provide strategic support for performance management processes including 30-, 60-, 90-Day Assessments, KPI Goal Setting, Mid-year assessments, and annual assessments.
  • - Offer expert counsel and guidance to managers on HR issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • - Drive the implementation and ongoing updates of HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and objectives, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal compliance.
  • HR Management, Employee Relations, & Employee Engagement:
  • - Oversee the review, tracking, and documentation of compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • - Lead the development and implementation of wellness initiatives, promoting employee health, well-being, and engagement.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • -Expert of understanding of corporate strategy, commitment, and sense of belonging by people
  • -Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • -Must be fast act and able to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • -Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
  • -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • -Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
  • -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • -Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • -PC skills to include MS Office Suite (Word, strong Excel skills, Outlook, PowerPoint),
  • -Previous experience with HRIS and timekeeping is highly beneficial
  • -Requires flexibility to varied work schedules based on business needs to accommodate all shifts
