Job Summary
- This role is responsible for ensuring that innovation, product concepts, and growth initiatives become retailer-ready, scalable business execution. The CSO builds the operating system that connects Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and E- Commerce ? translating ideas into launches that succeed at shelf.
- This leader protects execution readiness, commercial discipline, and retailer success, and is expected to construct structure in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
Job Description
- o Enterprise commercialization process (Concept → Launch → Retail execution)
- o Cross-functional operating rhythm across Product, Marketing, SCM, Sales, E-Com o Launch readiness standards (packaging, supply, timing, retailer requirements)
- o Forecast alignment and execution discipline
- o Retailer-facing readiness (line reviews, resets, GTM readiness)
- o Building scalable processes where none exist
- o Balancing speed of innovation with operational reliability
Qualifications
- We are not looking for a pure strategist. We are looking for an operator who has built business systems in a retail-driven consumer environment.
- Required Experience
- o 15?25 years of experience in consumer, beauty, CPG, or retail-driven businesses
- o Proven ownership of end-to-end commercialization
- o Led cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales o Experience building or fixing broken processes in growth or founder-led companies o Accountability for launch readiness, forecast accuracy, and retail success
- o Business/finance literacy (P&L and margin discipline)
- Strong Plus
- o Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories
- o Exposure to strategic planning or consulting (supportive, not core)
- Leadership Style Required
