Job Summary

• The Marketing Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our brand and engage our target audience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Job Description

• Organizing a marketing and expo show
• Working closely supports the sales and marketing department
• Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, including venues, catering, transportation, and equipment.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay within limits.
• Create event timelines, marketing materials, and post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Promote events through various marketing channels including social media, email, and the company website.
• Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to enhance future events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event coordination and marketing.

Qualifications

• Require a fluent in Korean language
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• years of experience in event planning or marketing coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
