Job Description
- -Fully responsible for the import and process validation of new product line equipment for ESC (E-CHUCK);
- -Lead the process team and be responsible for developing and implementing new product processing and testing plans;
- -Coordinate with the production/quality department to improve and optimize the current processes;
- -Review standard operating procedures (SOP) documents related to equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- 1. Must have over 10 years of experience in ESC (E-CHUCK) renovation/manufacturing;
- 2. Bachelor's degree or above in materials science-related fields;
- 3. Proficient in spoken and written English, able to use it as a working language;
- 4. Preference will be given to those with experience in semiconductor equipment and components;
- 5. Possesses strong leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to actively collaborate with team members and other departments;
- 6. It has refurbished 8-inch/12-inch levels 2, particularly the 8-inch AMAT super e/e Max, Lam 2300 series, DSiE series, and 12-inch Lam products.
